Grant of License

1. In consideration of, and subject to, payment of the appropriate subscription fee for the services to which you subscribe, and your agreement to, and compliance with, the terms and conditions in this agreement, [pulseq] grants to you a non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, non-transferable license and right to use and access the licensed materials from multiple devices and locations with nonconcurrent log-on access.

Free Trial, Subscription & Refund Policy

1. 1. No-Commitment Free Trial All new users are eligible for a one-time, three (3) day free trial, which commences immediately upon successful registration. No payment method is required to activate this free trial.
   
   2. Subscription Activation Upon the conclusion of the 3-day free trial, access to the platform will be paused. To continue using [pulseq] , the user must manually select a subscription plan and provide valid payment information. The paid subscription term begins only when this payment is successfully processed.
   
   3. Renewal and Auto-Renewal Policy
   • 1-Month Subscription:
     • This plan is subject to automatic renewal.
     • Unless canceled, the payment method on file will be charged automatically at the end of each billing cycle to extend access for another month.
   • All Other Plans:
     • Any subscription duration other than the 1-month plan is a one-time payment.
     • These plans do not auto-renew.
     • Access will automatically expire at the end of the purchased term unless the user manually renews.
   
   4. Expiration Reminders To ensure you are aware of your subscription status, we will send reminder notifications to your registered email address 10 days, 5 days, and 1 day prior to the end of your current subscription term or upcoming renewal date.
   
   5. 24-Hour Refund Window Following the initial payment to activate a subscription (or a renewal charge), users are granted a strict 24-hour grace period to request a full refund. * Requests within 24 hours: If a refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the payment, the user will receive a full refund, and the subscription will be terminated immediately. * Requests after 24 hours: If a request is submitted after the 24-hour window has passed, the payment is non-refundable. * For 1-Month subscribers: We will cancel the future auto-renewal to ensure no further charges occur. You will retain access for the remainder of the month. * For Fixed-Term subscribers: You will retain access for the remainder of the prepaid duration.

7. Forfeiture of Free Trial Eligibility The one-time, three (3) day free trial is exclusively intended for new users to evaluate the platform prior to financial commitment. Immediate Purchase: If a user elects to purchase a paid subscription immediately upon registration, or at any point during an active trial period without waiting for it to conclude, the user acknowledges that they permanently forfeit their eligibility for the free trial. Post-Subscription Status: Once a payment is processed, the account is categorized as a "Paid Subscription." Consequently, the user will not be eligible to access or "reactivate" the 3-day free trial at the conclusion of their paid term or at any point in the future.

Optional tools

1. We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/ or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources).
